I got the impression that he did not like or did not respect the 2 dental assistants that helped him throughout my visit. (At the first part of my visit he was assisted by one person but then there was a switch and another young lady began assisting the doctor).
At one point I felt like I was chocking because I was salivating so much and I wanted to sit up. The dental assistant placed the aspirator in my mouth and asked me to close my mouth. I had a block/guard in my mouth and I couldn't close my mouth. Dr. Quack very rudely said to her “She has a block in her mouth!” The way he said it made me feel so sorry for the young girl and after that I made sure that I didn’t cause any problems or friction between them. It was so uncomfortable. There were other situations in which he asked for tools or supplies and did so in such a rude way.
When he was done with my fillings he asked how I felt. I told him that I felt my tough a little rough or pointy. He was really annoyed about it. He went back into my mouth and tried to fix it. I still did not feel my tooth as smooth but I was seriously afraid to say it. When he asked how I felt my tooth I simply said “so much better.”" -
