He has had some significant challenges with his teeth and (at 9 years of age) was very apprehensive about getting appliances placed in his mouth. Dr. Galante and the staff were patient, listened to my son's concerns and never made us feel like we were taking up too much time or that our concerns didn't matter. I appreciate Dr. Galante and the staff very much, as my son is not afraid and feels that his opinions and worries are valued. After five months, my son's smile has come a long way and he is not afraid to come back for any kind of dental work (no sedation necessary as is advertised at other offices)! Anonymous"Best dental office experience ever! I have been seen by a fair number of dentists, and I have to say Jeff Lee was one of the most pleasant all around experiences I have ever had. I knew right away in just speaking with the receptionist, Anna, that it was going to be a nice office. Mackenzie, the dental assistant was ready immediately for me. I never felt like I was being forced or rushed or handled. I felt that treating their patients is their top concern. All their dental training is secondary to the amount of care and concern they gave me. Jeff Lee was patient, kind, and I felt like he wanted to interact with me. Other dentists have left me feeling isolated, alone, insulted and in pain. I understood what all my options presented to me were, and I left there feeling like I made the right decision. I didn't feel pressured doing something just because it cost more to do, where at other dentist's office I left feeling robbed! I did expect a follow up call the day following my procedure, however. Maybe they anticipated my lack of desire to talk on the phone. Also have to say I really like the layout, design, smell, and cleanliness of his office. It really felt like a lot of time and care went into how the office was set up. I sensed perhaps Feng Sui methods were used in every aspect from the windows to the lighting to the orientation of the equipment allowing me to feel less anxious and more a sense of calm and friendliness."

She was very pushy - almost rude when I was surprised that I owed my portion of the bill before my insurance company had even been billed. I've never had a dentist ask for this at the time of service. Maybe they have been "burned" by other patients."

The Dentist took time to thoroughly answer my questions about the banding discoloration present in my teeth. I was worried about the whitening because I heard alot of people had teeth sensitivities during and after. I had no pain and only mild tingling in the lower right tooth which went away the next day. I did not need to take anything for it. Very pleased with the experience and the result."
