Does anyone know what this is?
I've had this lump for about 5 days. It hurts to walk and it also hurts when I touch the surrounding skin.

You need to have this examined by your podiatrist. The picture is not clear enough to determine any possible diagnosis. If necessary a biopsy may be in order. Its possible you might even have stepped on something and it may be a foreign body. Go see your doctor.
