"Always such a positive experience. My kids love dr Bowen and the staff. They make us all feel at home and are so compassionate, friendly and overall amazing. We always have a terrific experience!!"
"I have found each of my experiences with Dr. Bowen to be both productive and informative. I am slowly building my trust with your offices and staff to try more in-office treatments. This trust is heavily based on my experiences with Dr. Bowen and his right-hand-Doc (can't remember her name). They make a good team. They take the time to answer all of my questions. I am 50/50 on the Ozone helping my pain locations, but their enthusiasm and patience gives me optimism to continue to try new things as well."
"I can only say,God bless this office staff, the professional Care the Doctors give their patients, they actually heal people in a very short time.Doctors there are dedicated to their calling We love them and keep on recommending them to anyone who needs help.."

Treatment for isolated MCL sprains classically is PRICE (protection, rest, ice, compression, and eleveation). Most MCL injuries (even complete tears) will heal with time. Managing pain is key to minimize development of other issues (ie muscle atrophy/weakness, loss of joint motion). Ice 20-30 minutes every hour initially or 3-4 x/day. Simple ice in a Ziplock bag is best with no need for special ice bags. There is some debate, but anti-inflammtories may slow soft tissue healing so use Tylenol for pain control if ice is insufficient.
