I been having pain on the right side of my mouth along with headaches, cracking of my jaw when opening, difficulty opening wide, sore thoart, pain when yawning, and right ear pain. Also, I have a wisdom tooth that's been growing in on the right side for a long time. Whats been causing me this pain on the right side of my mouth?

This sounds like a combination of things. Definitely the wisdom teeth may be causing an inflammatory response. But you are also manifesting signs of TMD! call your local Prosthodontist as these specialists are highly qualified in treating TMJ or at least Guide you to see an Oral surgeon if the removal of your wisdom tooth is indicated.
