"Dr. Bassel is an outstanding chiropractor. He combines expert treatment with a warm, caring personality. I welcome seeing him each and every visit. He's tops!"
"Dr. Bassel is a very caring chiropractor! He listens intently to the patient and take his time when treating them as well. I've never felt rushed out of there. I've gone to Dr. Bassel for years now and even have my teenage son going to him now. HIs staff are also great. I've been known to change doctors if their staff are rude. I've never had a negative experience with his staff. One thing I really hate is going to the doctor, waiting for 30-45 minutes, just to be seen for 5 minutes and dismissed. Dr. Bassel does not do that. Doctors now-a-days need to take a page out of his book!"

This is a great question. Generally at your age we don't anticipate further progression of your spinal curve going beyond 15 degrees. With that said, strengthening and conditioning the back is an excellent way to help cope with discomfort associated with scoliosis. Have you consulted with a chiropractor, physical therapist or an orthopedic surgeon? All would be excellent options in order to evaluate and provide appropriate treatment options. I hope this helps. Good luck!
