Dr. Ranchod as well as his staff has the most outstanding customer service as well as awesome patient relationship. I am always greeted by name basis when I enter the office. His dental hygienist are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about any questions you may have about anything. The office staff are very sweet and professional , they are well organized. I'm impressed to say that I have never had a wait time when I've had an appointment , I've always had an in and out experience which is important. I would refer Family Dental Solutions to anyone. They have delivered a consistent patient experience each time , and are the the best I have seen yet. "

I'm 24 hours out from a pretty complex extraction. I took a Naproxen yesterday, and nothing today. I don't need it. Whatever he does that is different than other dentists is working. I recommend him without hesitation. Nice guy, very calm and mellow. "

"I had an incredible pain in one of my teeth over the weekend. So, on Monday, MLK day, I called Dr. Ranchod's office who I have never been to before. My previous dentist had passed away so I haven't seen a dentist in 2 years (I know - not good). Being desperate, called first thing Monday morning. Anna, an office personal, answered and got me in that exact day even though they were extremely busy. Dr. Ranchod, personally came out and greeted me and took me back to look at my tooth and take an x-ray. He was very gentle, friendly, easy to talk to and personable. It was an excellent experience and my tooth is feeling better with the antibiotics! Next week is root canal - yikes! But I am not as nervous as usual because I know I will be in good hands. :) "
