The pain you are experiencing in your lower back is a red flag indicating inflammation of an undiagnosed anatomical structure of the lower back. This is similar to a flashing light on your car indicating you need to take it to the mechanic, but in your case this would be a Chiropractor. I am sure you realize if we ignore these warning signs in a car it usually leads to more extensive damage.
