How did you find out about the diagnosis of syringomyelia? It may be associated with Arnold-Chiari and you may have hydrocephalus as part of the disorder. You should see a neurologist urgently and may need neurosurgical evaluation as well. Don't delay. By the way, I don't see a picture of your MRI with this post.
