"Dr Kornel is one of those ( what I see as rare professionals, whose empathy and professionalism comes across so fully and clearly immediately!! I have found Hume to be thexBEST in the field, and owe the wonderful quality often life to his fine expertise!! He saved both my personal and professional world of abilities. I will always be eternally grateful!"
"Dr. Kornel is one of the top neurosurgeons in the country. He cured my 10 year battle with debilitating headaches & migraines by replacing a herniated disc in my neck with an artificial disc. I refused to have fusion surgery & Dr. Kornel is one of few surgeons who performs this newer type of surgery. I have a new life thanks to Dr. Kornel and will forever be grateful to him & his very professional & kind office staff. "
"Dr. Kornel and the entire office staff were at all times the utmost in professionalism. True standouts in their care and understanding. Before, during and after major spinal surgery that gave me back my life. Even though it took a spinal cord injury to meet Dr Kornel I would trade the experience or the friends I made in his office and still share in their loss of Valora an assist to Dr Kornel who always went above and beyond to be helpful and get answers. Truly a pleasure to deal with the office and medical team."

The past 5 days I haven't been able to stand for longer than 3 minutes or I get super dizzy or my legs start buckling. I feel like I got hit by a bus. My left back part of my skull hurts when I touch the soft part it starts throbbing my head. When I sit up I feel like my spine is slowly being pushed into my skull at the back base. Please help me w any info on what might be happening! I had MRI done Wednesday here's a pic that weirded me out. I also have more if you want me to send them. Sarah
How did you find out about the diagnosis of syringomyelia? It may be associated with Arnold-Chiari and you may have hydrocephalus as part of the disorder. You should see a neurologist urgently and may need neurosurgical evaluation as well. Don't delay. By the way, I don't see a picture of your MRI with this post.
