Warfarin
My Mother takes Warfarin. If she is having a heart attack, is it safe to give her an aspirin while waiting for emergency. help?

The short answer is Yes. Aspirin is a strong anti-platelet medication which can prevent the early formation of a platelet rich clot during a heart attack. (Even on Coumadin ).
However taking both drugs increases the risk of bleeding so taking aspirin for longer periods of time should be discussed with her cardiologist!
