I have glasses which I use sometimes and will help for a little while but eventually just make my eyes tired.

Your tired eyes might not be from the glasses, but related to dry eyes. It is best to have an exam by your eye care provider to check the prescription in your glasses and if no change is found, a comprehensive eye exam may be needed to rule out dry eyes or other eye diseases which might make it hard for you to see.
