I mostly agree with the other responders.
However, if you don't feel up to it, or if your throat is sore and painful, there is no harm in waiting a few days to let the antibiotics kick in.
It's not a big deal either way, just go with your instinct. If you think it's going to be uncomfortable to have your mouth open for the procedure, then wait a few days.
