Fincher Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery
Practicing since 2005
"As a retired scientist I am acutely aware of technical skill. Dr. Fincher did a Moh's procedure on an exceedingly difficult place to work - the tip of the nose, a very visible and very curved surface. Given several repair choices, I followed his recommendation of a "flap" repair. I am very impressed with his suturing skill. The incision lines are gradually flattening after 6 weeks and the repair becoming less visible. The assistance staff has been very pleasant to work with."
"I saw Dr. Fincher for a melanoma on my finger. The diagnosis was very upsetting for both me and my wife. Dr. Fincher and his staff treated us professionally and with much compassion and kindness and allayed our fears. The surgery and recovery went smoothly and with very little pain or discomfort. I highly recommend Dr. Fincher."
"It was so great! I went in there as a first time patient and in total I spent only an hour there! Not only did I get a full examine, I got several other things taken care of and even did dysport (similar to botox) for the first time-- all in an hour! The staff was very professional and Dr. Edgar Fincher was above and beyond-- highly recommend!"

dark circles are usually not treated by surgery. Surgery is used for bulging fat and or excess skin under the eyes. Dark circles can be a combination of genetic pigment, prominent blood vessels under the eye or a deep groove or trough that creates a shadow under the eye. The vessels can sometimes be treated with a vascular laser, the troughs can be filled with a filler such as Restylane or juvederm and the pigment can be improved with laser or chemical peels plus some topical bleaching creams.
