"The overall experience was good; however, I didn't appreciate the manner in which my visit concluded. I had expressed to my hygienist that the filling replacement I received a year ago on its edge is tearing my floss. When conveyed to Dr. McCloud he stated he didn't have time to look at it, and went to his next patient. I realize the office was shorthanded that day, but if I am going to pay a premium for a service, it needs to be completed satisfactorily. I should have been asked to reschedule a small block of time at no additional charge to resolve the issue and complete my visit. Thank you for listening, Patrick Fullwood"
