I like Dr. Tolan very much.
The negative: I should not have driven home by myself after the local anesthetic for the facial surgery. My left eye was frozen open, and I had to shut it with one hand as I drove so as to see.
Dangerous. I think anyone with a local anesthetic which might affect their eye area should have a designated driver.

"The office is clean, aesthetically pleasing, warm, well-stocked. The staff is friendly and makes the process of answering medical questions without a background in medical jargon easy. Overall, great treatment and care. Unfortunately, such things are hard to keep out of the limelight, which means there can be lots of other patients. This, in turn, means the wait time can be long."

"I had a check up for skin cancer and the doctor was very careful to check all areas of the face. I then asked about skin care and was directed to a woman who had a great deal on knowledge on the subject but did not try to force me to buy any products or treatments. In fact she looked at some creams I had purchased and gave me advice of what types of care I could use in the future."

"The assistant I met with was terrific, although the admin at the front desk was not. She was much less than friendly. She did not greet me with a friendly apperance and she was very short with me. It's been quite a while since I've been there so I'm not sure if she is there or not anymore but it did make a difference in how comfortable I was when I was waiting and I was not sure what to expect from the next person I was going to meet with. Overall, I would definately reccomend your services to my friends and family."
