Office Message

Cosmetic surgery is different from other surgical procedures and must be approached in a different manner to avoid harming you.

This is the surgery of happiness.

The only reason to undergo cosmetic procedures is to be happy.

I believe it is absolutely essential that you learn about all of your available options and their risks and potential benefits, and that you become comfortable with both me and the selected procedure before proceeding.

I WANT TO MAKE YOU HAPPY.

If, after careful consultation with you, I feel that your desired procedure will not make you happy, I will decline to perform it. While very safe, cosmetic surgery carries some risks - as do all operative treatments. These risks must always be weighed against the potential benefits.

When you are well-informed about the procedure and know what to expect, you are much more likely to be happy with the results than those who are not informed.

  • What you need to know about replacing breast implants

For some time, I have been asked by numerous patients whether it is necessary to replace breast implants every 10 years.

I'm not sure where this information originated, but it could not be more incorrect. Breast implants are like tires: they are man-made inflated devices. They move around in the...

  • My thoughts on the Lifestyle Lift

"What do you think of Lifestyle Lifts?"

This is a question regularly asked of me by patients who are considering facelifts. The reason is clear: the widespread and pervasive television and print advertisements extolling the virtues of this supposedly simple and quick procedure, complete with before...
