"I went to Dr Moein's office for Juvederm injection. I lost a lot of weight recently anc was under a ton of stress. I looked like I had just come back from the dead. I went in to talk to him about the pros and cons of getting an injection. He sat down with me anc explained everything to me patiently. He is very knowledgable, attentive, patient and above all he does not rush you into doing things. He told me I need 4 vials, but that he could start with 2 and do more if I liked the results. He then applied lidocaine on my face and waited a decent amount of time so my face would be completely numb (during which time he patiently answered to my questions and concerns about the procedure). He opened the package right before my eyes which is something that does not happen in every office. He took his time doing the injection and made sure everything is done symmetrically. I aboslutely loved the results. In fact, I am going back for some more now ( he was right, I did need 4).

Dr Moein sat with me and asked what my chief complaint was and explained different ways he could address my concerns. He then talked about different products he could use for me. He was very knowledgable, attentive and above all patient. Not even once did I feel like he was rushing it. "I've wanted to have more round appearance of my butt for a while - vigorous working out with millions of squats didn't do much for that.. Jeans were still saggy on my rear. I knew I needed a cosmetic surgery. Luckily, I found Dr Moein - very caring and knowledgeable professional who answered all of my silly and serious questions in a very pleasant and understandable manner. He did my surgery back in September - by now I barely see two tiny red dots (cites of injections) on my butt and two in front under my belly (that's where he got the fat). After the surgery Dr Moein called me in the evening to see how I was doing, next day I came for a follow up visit and everything looked fine. A week later he took out the stitches - he did it so gently - it didn't hurt at all! I swear he has hands made out of gold.. Now - I like the fact that when I gain weight - it all goes to my butt and not much to my belly! My butt is more round and belly is almost flat! Sleeping on my belly for 3 weeks was well worth the result...!! Now I regularly come see Dr Moein for my botox."

You have correctly identified that you are suffering from a medical condition, because doctors have not been able to diagnose your problem it does not mean you don't have a problem. I understand your concern but titanium allergy is a very rare allergy, you need a proper workup prior to any diagnosis. There are case reports that elude to the role of titanium allergy but because this metal is inert chance of an allergic reaction is relatively low. There is a case report in the literature which also demonstrates that even folks who do develop some degree of allergic reaction do not have any pain or additional abnormal symptoms. My recommendation is to to see a good primary care physician or allergist who can do some basic evaluation and testing to decide what is the most likely diagnosis. You may simply be suffering from an extreme case of vitamin deficiency.
