As a general rule, three fees go into the price of a surgery: surgeon fees, anesthesia fees, and facility fees. It is not unusual for plastic surgeons to offer revisions at no charge (no surgeon fees) for up to one year. A good question to ask is whether this would include facility and/or anesthesia fees.
