HELP ME PLEASE!!! MY SYMPTOMS ARE GETTING WORSE AND IM IN A LOT OF PAIN!!

I've gone to my doctor numerous times, took x rays, std test, blood test, which all came back normal and now getting more and more symptoms. .swollen lymph nodes (groin,neck,head,underarms) .swore throat w/ abscess(Dr. Drained it and gave me antibiotics, didn't help) .swore muscles (neck, legs) .dry eyes, feeling strained and getting extremely painful. .bad breath .headaches .painful lump on my head .bad sleep .short memory loss .overall body weaknesses .head in excruciating pain :( please help
