"Wait time is usually a good 15-25 minutes past the appointment time. That's the only downfall. Staff of nurses, x-ray techs, etc. are all very friendly and accommodating. I actually spent the majority of my visits with Heinrich's assistant, JR, who is great as well. Heinrich and JR came recommended to me by my father, who had one knee scoped and the other replaced... both done by Heinrich. We were both satisfied with the outcomes. Heinrich is one of two knee specialists at the Orthopaedic Specialists of Austin and he conducts surgery at the Hyde Park Surgery Center, which shares space in the same building as OSA. These private facilities are independent of any hospitals and the setting is much more relaxed."
"Staff did not quite listen well enough and I told the young lady who called me before that I use alcohol. Medicine, Lyrica, was given me after surgery and I had violent reactions. Instead of normal 4 days in hospital I was in for 7 days and remembered very few minutes of those days! Surgery went extremely well as to function of knee replaced. It does pop but I am told by Dr's office this is normal, I do not remember being told prior to surgery. "
