3ml injection in deltoid

I administered IM Ceftriaxone 250mg to a 16 year old patient of average weight. I mistakenly over diluted the injection and administered between 2-3 ml in her deltoid. I realized afterwards that this may be too much for one deltoid so I am wondering if this could cause harm to the patient?
