Cervical Radiculapthy

I had pain & stiffness in neck, shoulder & triceps. I consulted a doctor, he prescribed me medicines and paid subsided in 1 month time. After 6-7 moths pain is started again but not as severe as it was previously, please suggest should i again go for medication or continue doing the cervical exercises, exercises helps reduce pain & stiffness to some extent.

I suggested we need to find the underlying cause of the problem. Chiropractors are neck and back pain specialists. Find a chiropractor who will perform a proper examination take proper films of your spine. I have treated many patients in my office with similar symptoms--with great results. The good news is You do not have to live like this at your age.
