"Dr. Thiele's office takes the time needed to get to the bottom of what is causing discomfort and pain. He spends the time needed to set up a plan to get you back on your feet and back to your full potential. Even though it is just him running the show he is always very quick to set up appointments that work with your life. I have unfortunately had to reschedule many times as my life is so busy and he is not only understanding but very accommodating. If you are looking for chiropractic services then you should call his office to set up an appointment. Plus, his private pay rates are far less then anyone else I have found in the area which is another huge plus."

The likelihood of changing your scoliosis diminishes as you get older. You might not be able to do much at any age depending on the type of scoliosis. Your best bet, especially if you don't have much pain is to simply maintain your spine to the best of your ability. This may involve chiropractic care to keep highly stressed joints moving, core strength/stability exercises (very important), and possibly massage therapy.
Hopefully you are looking more into the preventive side and are not overly symptomatic. I usually tell my patients that a scoliosis, especially a mild one, doesn't mean you will automatically have pain it means you are more susceptible to having pain.
