From the wonderful staff, to the hand or foot massage, to ESPN or CNN while getting my teeth cleaned, to how my four year-old daughter enjoys going to the dentist, to coffee right after a cleaning (??) and little goodies to take home - nowhere else has come close! Nice touch with the refreshments, TV, and hand massage. I feel that my questions were answered truthfully and I let knowing more than when I came in. Usually hours in the dentist office can be drag and boring, but at Cooleysmiles the time flew by as I watched my favorite shows during the procedure. Additionally the staff was knowledgeable about my insurance information and what I owed. Awesome!"

"First of all, I want to say we were SO late, we got stuck in traffic and got to the office almost thirty minutes after our appointed time. We had scheduled appointments for both kids. To my surprise, they still made us a priority! Who does that!? Anyway, they took then first one back right away, with a very warm, welcoming attitude. When it was time for the little one's turn, mom and dad were incredibly nervous because the last time she had gone to the dentist, Brookelynn had a major meltdown, kicking, screaming, crying MELTDOWN. The hygienist was so AMAZING with her, she was able to clean her teeth, and got nothing but giggles and smiles from her. by the time the doctor came around, Brookelynn was just a happy camper because of the wonderful, gentle and friendly service provided by the wonderful hygienist. I am incredibly impressed with the above and beyond attitude and the great service at Cooley Smiles. I will continue to recommend them.

"I had an amazing experience at this office. Received an injury where my front 2 teeth were chipped. I was in a lot of pain and this was the first office I called. I left a message after hours about my problem and received a call from the office shortly after them opening saying they could see me right away. "I've had two visits and I would only give the Hygienist (Gabrielle) a 5 star rating. The facility is nice and equipment state of the art.However,the complimentary hand/foot massage was not impressive and I declined on my second visit. Dr. A.C. was a bit condescending when asked to clarify the extensive treatment plan non of which addressed the 3 concerns I had initially come in with, also not impressive. The feeling I get is that this is really more of a cosmetic than general dentistry practice and you might be better served elsewhere if your only in need of maintenance and prevention."

EXCEPT, the gunky "flouride" left all over my teeth, that I was not to have hot liquids, chewy or ...in my mouth for 4-6 hours... I was dutifully taking care of business, when after 3 hours I looked at my newly cleaned teeth in a mirror and was horrified by the "waxy" residue all over my teeth. My newly cleaned teeth looked as though I hadn't brushed in what???a month. :( YUCK! When I called your office to register my lack of approval in the flouride treatment.... I was told "You can just scrape that off with your fingernail...REALLY? You can drink a hot liquid, but the longer you leave the flouride on, the better it is. I was just thankful I hadn't returned to an office or been around people I care about regarding how my teeth look. It looked horrid.
Then, I was told when I said I wanted to register my dislike ... was told that next time I just needed to say I didn't want the waxy flouride, but the liquid. WHAT?? There was a choice. :(
Maybe this is the latest and greatest treatment, but I was not happy with how I looked after my teeth cleaning. Usually I'd have that wonderful "shiny, just polished" feeling that's wonderful. Didn't happen this time."
