Blood Clog? Or nothing at all?

Hi, I'm a 17 year old female. Today me & my family went to the zoo, so there was a lot of walking involved. First, my knee began to hurt, then later (3 hrs), my whole leg, from my hip down to my ankle. This isn't the first time that I've experienced this. I've tried laying down, massaging my leg, and stretching but nothing works. It doesn't feel like a "normal" pain, if that makes sense. It hurts inside of my leg. It doesn't hurt bad: it's more like an annoying ache. Should I be concerned?

First thing is to tell someone and get appropriate testing. You should get an appointment to rule out the blood clot. Also, as a side note, if you suspect a blood clot in your leg always massage toward the heart only, otherwise you could release the clot into your lungs and have a pulmonary embolism that could kill you very quickly. Just go get it further investigated by the doctor.
