Unfortunately, I did and it has proven to be one of the worst decisions of my life. I've spent 9 years, 4 surgeries, and 5 times the amount of the original surgery fee to try and correct a bossae and other issues that were caused by my primary rhinoplasty with Dr. Carter. Please, please listen to this advice and go to a rhinoplasty specialist or better yet just don't do it! I would give almost anything to go back in time and never have this procedure done. Believe me, it is not fun to have strangers stare and whisper about your messed up nose every time you go out."

The first step in any medial encounter is to establish a correct diagnosis first. If there is laxity and separation of the platysmal muscle of the neck which carries the skin with it, that condition would need a different surgical approach than if the skin is of good quality and there is a fullness of fatty tissue that can be removed by liposuction. A neck procedure can be done in isolation, but would not treat any of the loose tissue just at the jawline. Consultation with the appropriate specialist with your list of specific concerns will be most helpful. Best Wishes.
