"I have been to the office on several occasions and have always received excellent treatment. 5 minutes is the longest wait that I have ever had to wait, and come, other offices, you can be sitting there for over an hour or so. I have to say that I do love the comfortable chairs with the massage features. The staff know me so well, that they automatically turn it on for me and now I don't even have to ask. The staff schedules appointments around the patients needs which is very important. "

"Everything went quite smoothly. I arrived twenty minutes before my appointment, and I was brought right in. The hygenist (Kendra, I think) working with me was great! She explained everything as we went and warned me of costs once she realized I didn't pay through insurance."

"I cannot begin to describe the difference between this dentist and the one I had previously. It's day and night. Everyone at Northpoint Dental takes their time with you, they talk to you and offer you all kinds of things to make you comfortable. Most of all they exhibit genuine care for you and that matters to me a lot after having some bad experiences elsewhere. I could write several pages on their excellent service. Anonymous"I'm not a fan of the flouride treatment. One of my favorite things about going to the dentist is how clean your teeth feel when you are leaving. With the flouride treatment, I had to fight the constant urge to brush my teeth for that 4 hour window because it felt so disgusting. Even after brushing several times I can still feel it. I understand the idea, but I think I'll decline that part the next time. Great hygenist. She was very gentle. Thanks!"

However I dont feel I am being listened to when They keep pushing crowns that I cant afford and I have made the suggestion I would like to have teeth pulled and get dentures. At least this way it would a one time expense instead of continual. I have spent over $7000 on my teeth that could have been put towards dentures."

Not only are the office and staff very welcoming, but they also seem very committed to helping the patient understand what is going on and feel comfortable about the visit. There is no ambiguity in your visit. They are always asking, do you have any questions? They even take you into an office to discuss your insurance and make sure that they prioritize what you need done based on your own plan and comfort-level. They take photos of your teeth and display them on a flatscreen above your chair so you can actually see what they mean by a cavity! I've had quite a bit of dental work done in the past and I never really knew what was going on in there, you know? I feel so blessed to have found this place. "

The dental hygienist, Kara, was so friendly and warm, and the modern equipment reassured me that I was getting good care :) Dr. Waggle's method of handling the insurance/costs is fabulous--he prints out a sheet with the stated fee, what the insurance will probably charge, and how much your insurance will not cover."

"I use to hate dentists. My mom refused to let me skip dental appointments. I hated going, I would be anxious days before going. Really, really hated to go and she would force me to see the dentist. Ugh.
She went to this dentist and decided I had to switch too. I was not happy.
Then I met the staff, the lady was so nice! She talked to me, told me lots of things my other dentist or staff didn't tell me. I found a lot of things out. I had a blast with her.
Then the dentist came in........... was like oh great. It turned out he was good too. He told me things too, pretty much the same thing she did. He joked with me, made me feel a lot better.
Now, my mom wont have to force me going to the dentist! Which probably makes her happy. Lol. I really loved seeing this dentist and his staff! I look forward to seeing them again!
