"This may be the one time in my life that I may ever say - I LOVE going to the dentist! This may be because, one -I was excited about achieving the end results for my orthodontic work; and two -because every time I visited the office I felt like I was coming to see friends. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and smiling (showing off their pretty teeth). The office is CLEAN, organized and they use new age equipment. Lastly, they seem to genuinely care about me being happy with their services and worked hard to exceed my expectations. This has been the only dentist office that I can truly say that even the most seemingly painful procedures (ortho, crowns, fill-in, etc.) have been completed smoothly and fairly painlessly. Dr. Brian Stoute is amazingly talented. I recommend this office to anyone & everyone! "

From your description those teeth are most likely decayed. The tooth structure is infected. They may need to be removed or restored if possible. Mouthwashes and toothpaste will do nothing to remedy the situation. Please see a dentist asap.
