Scar tissue
Will this leave much of a scar or should I have it re-done?

All wounds will leave a scar. Let it heal, mature and settle. Chances are the scar will be acceptable. If it is not, the time for revision is 6 months. Re-doing it now will stir things up and likely make it worse.
