Carol in the front is amazing---you can tell she runs a tight ship! She patiently and competently answers all my questions, has squeezed me in for semi-emergencies, and is very friendly. The staff in the back are always proficient and friendly too.
I used to see Dr. George but now I'm with Dr. Brett. Both of them share this calm yet gregarious, efficient bedside manner that puts you at ease. They really foster great personal relationships with their clients, and I enjoy hearing the latest stories of their kids/grandkids. :)" -

In sum, I believe that the items that render my experiences with the Brazeal practice superlative, and which keep me coming back, are three factors: experience, competency and RESPONSIVENESS, and may I mention timeliness. My tooth disintegrated after biting a pitted olive. I inadvertently called the wrong number and got Dr. George (father) on the golf course I am guessing, as it was the weekend. He was kind enough to listen to what happen, suggest a course of action, and the office got me in ASAP; I think it was Monday, to assess my tooth, do a slight tune-up, alleviate my pain, and schedule an appointment to heal the tooth.
I also appreciate that they send me texts and e-mails so I won't forget my appointments (which I requested, as it is optional; they don't bug me). And, in my entire time of going to the Brazeal family, I have never had to wait. I get there on time and they are ready for me. Unlike other dentists and doctors, I feel like they value my time as much as I value theirs.
