My first impression is that you have a bulging or herniated disc from jumping up and then landing probably hard. A disc injury is going to cause some severe pain until the inflammation settles down some. You need to be applying ice to help with any inflammation. Next you really should see your doctor and get some x-rays to make sure you did not fracture anything, from there physical therapy for pain control and reduction of muscle spasming is recommended. A chiropractor can do this and also provide spinal adjustments. Your pain should then start reducing and run a course of one to two weeks, if it is not resolving by then you will more than likely need an MRI.

If you develop any bowel or bladder issues you need to go to the ER right away.
