My son thrives under his care; I have no doubt that we will have him treat my daughter when the time comes. "

"During the last six months, our appointments have not started on time. We find this very frustrating, as we make a huge effort to arrive on time. Last week, we had a 3:15 appointment. We allowed 35 minutes for the appointment, knowing that we should start driving to taekwondo by 3:50. We we're not able to leave the office until 3:55. We left feeling rushed and upset and wondering how we would be received if we routinely showed up 25 minutes late for our appointments. Even with all the time we spent, we had to return two days later because a wire had not been properly cut."

"The doctors and staff are extremely helpful. We have called on the weekend due to broken wires and received timely responses. Kevin is especially helpful and informative."

"The office staff have always been outstanding to work with. The only issue I have with our over all experience is with quality of the service being provided. On multiple occasions in the past we have had problems with a wire coming loose in the same spot. A few days before my son's last regularly scheduled checkup his cross wires came loose again. Instead of making a new appointment we waited for his checkup to take care of it. Two weeks after this last checkup the wire came loose again and we had to schedule another appointment, Oliver missed most of his first period class and I was over 40 minutes late to work. This kind of thing is expected, but repeatedly failing to fix this simple problem I feel shows inadequate sensitivity to the burden this has on my family.

Last night at dinner (Sloppy Joe and green beens) Oliver's wire came loose yet again. This reflects poor quality of service and places an unacceptable burden on the customer. This gives the impression you're office does not respect the time, effort, and money we have invested in this process. As I'm sure you are aware, your clients endure physical and emotional discomfort while waring their braces, and after more than a year, understandably Oliver is growing impatient. These setback are discouraging for him. Please address this with Oliver, and help reassure him his process is on track."
