But as it was my first time in the practice I didn't know the doctor and he proceeded to promptly complete the procedure without any explanation or time spent meeting me. I hadn't known what to expect and didn't know the procedures would be done at this initial appt. When I questioned what was to be done I was told that he had done this many times before. When the procedure was done I was told that there are other procedures i might be interested in and and he exited the room. "

Thank you so much Dr. Bock!!
I lost my husband last year, and after losing weight and all the worry my face was looking sooooo sad. I went in and asked him to please take the sad off my face....I love the Restylane injections I had today, it looks so natural and there wasn't even any pain having it done. Dr. Bock took the time to answer ALL my questions, explained what he was going to do and I never felt rushed or pressured, he made me feel very at ease with the procedure.
I also can't thank his wonderful staff enough, his assistant Amber was so nice and made sure I was comfortable and doing ok at all times......also thanks to Gene, Blanca & Selina, for putting up with me changing my appointment so many times, and getting me in as fast as you did....I was called to Jury Duty and never knew when I was going to be free for my appointment, you guys were so sweet to me every time I called.
I would highly recommend you to my friends and family.

Dr. Bock is friendly, gives clear and complete explanations answers questions well, and I admire his experience and sill.
Please note, I don't understand how to choose a star. I wanted to check a four and a five and a five in order from top to bottom, but it looks like I checked the "poof" or far left star for each.
The staff from the front desk to the nurses are very nice and helpful. I have yet to meet an exception to this.

I was able to get an appointment for my first session on the following Saturday with Leslie. Leslie was wonderful. She did a great job explaining the procedure as we progressed through the session. I expected a painful experience, but quite the contrary. I experienced a minimal amount of pain. The cooling system used helps tremendously. I can't wait for my next session. Thank you."

"Dr. Bock was very professional and made me laugh at the same time. Having a tattooed "mole" is comical to begin with, so having it removed was long overdue. The procedure took less less than 5 minutes, was virtually pain-free, and he was right; the redness from the stitches is almost completely gone, and its only been about 9 weeks! Regarding my Sclerotherapy, I had this done due to lots of tiny broken capillaries from a shattered ankle in high school, and a few spider veins on my lower calf. This procedure took about 35-40 minutes, wasn't too painful, and I was actually able to touch my ankle after 14 years of not being able too. I don't know what the injections did, but I am able to feel my ankle without screaming in pain. There are still some veins that I can see, and I am waiting for my second appt., as you usually need 2 for optimal results. Dr. Bock is a great Dr. and his nurses are all friendly too."
