Lumbar pain

Hi.I had a fight with my brother during which he smacked me on the floor of tiles.I went for mri of left knee which showed ACL changes of grade 2.When I went to physiotherapist she uplifted my both legs,after which I'm suffering from severe back pain.Mri showed disc bulges at L4-L5 & L5-S1 level along with an annular tear.Its been 8 months but no improvement despite taking Nsaids.I feel debilitated as cant function as a normal human being.Kindly tell how long will it take & what's the cure?
