Ayurveda would take these symptoms and think about the conditions of hemorrhoids ("piles") or fissures in the area of your rectum and anus. The first thing to do here is to visit your family doctor and get a proper examination to find out why you have both red liquid, orange color, and black chunks in your stool. S/he will probably take some blood from your veins and check for anemia to see if you are bleeding and how much. Then, you should have your rectum/anus examined. And, depending on your medical history, surgical history, your age and gender, what medications you take, and a few parameters, you will have some other tests, perhaps even a colonoscopy.
In Ayurveda, there are four things that would be suggested as remedies toward cure.
The first would be to shift to a posture of squatting, not sitting, when having your bowel movements. You can buy a "poop stool" which elevates your feet around your sitting toilet, or you can put a plastic bag on the bathroom floor, put a newspaper on it, and squat to have your movement, then transfer the stool to the toilet and throw out the newspaper. It sounds gross, but the purpose is to get your lower pelvis into the physiological position biologically intended for expelling stool... not difficult at all if you have a dog and clean up after it. BTW, the chair toilet is a hundred-years old and has been correlated with an increase in hemorrhoids and increased bleeding.
The second thing to do is to always clean with water after you are done. In America, many people will wet the toilet paper or use toilet wipes. Use clean plain water for the final wipe.
The third thing to do is to find some ArshaLepa Oil and apply it to the anus after cleaning with the water EVERY time after you have a bowel movement for 1-2 weeks. Most of my patients feel relief within 3-4 days.
The fourth thing to do is to eat less spicy foods, less meat, and eat more small, fresh, cooked vegetables for the next 3 weeks. It will lower your "pitta" and gradually cure the issue.
I have found that these techniques actually heal hemorrhoids and fissures, which you can confirm with examinations via colonoscopy.
