Rob"I just had an 1800 graft hair transplant with Dr. Sean and it was nothing but a fantastic experience. He and his staff were so attentive to ensure I was comfrotable, well fed, and informed of everything they were doing. Sean (and his brother Ben who is the dermatologist in same office) must of had a wonderful upbringing to enstill such care for others, completely genuine. He called many times post procedure and I have continued to heal very well, 8 days later and you really do not see noticeable marks from donor area at all. I see stubby hairs of my new front hairline and can't wait to see the full results many months ahead.
I filled in a last minute cancellation appointment(s) and Sean was very accomodating because of this as well.
I can't thank him enough, and would recommend him and Marc to anyone considering HT. FUE was my choice and took two days for 1800 grafts, they take their time here and do this the same way he would do if it were his own head! One patient per day philosophy sold me as others may rush or do 3 per day---Believe me this would be disasterous after seeing the time it takes to do this artistic work.

"I initially had a consultation with Marc and Dr. Sean back in October 2011. From the moment i met Dr. Sean i knew this would be the right surgeon for my hair transplant. Although it would not be another year and a half that i had a second consultation with Marc and Dr. Sean but this time with my wife and i made the decision to hav the F.U.E. procedure. He made not only myself but my wife feel comfortable. He explained that hes not a magician but that he would dedicate an entire of himself and his staff to me and my procedure. They even bought me lunch the day of surgery! The entire procedure from start to finish was about 12 hours but worth it. Overall great experience. Hair technicians are very friendly and answer any questions you throw at them. Well defitnely recommend to family and friends and probably be back for another 1000 grafts in the future.."

Everyone in Dr. Sean's office was friendly and personable. Marc met with me first and shared his personal experience with me. When I met with Dr Sean, I was instantly comforted by his caring manner. Dennis Caresio""My experience with Dr. Sean Behnam was the Best. I had visited Bosley prior to Dr. Behnam and actually put down a deposit which I did not get back from Bosley. The Main reason two reasons I switched to Dr. Behnam was cost and his approach to me the patient. Dr. Sean explained in great detail about the process and that he only does one surgery a day, absolutely does the tricophetic closure which by the way insures the least amount of scaring on the scalp, and answered carefully and clearly to all my questions. He was the only one to discuss a new and successful technique to avoid swelling around the eyes as well as a other newer developments. There was no hidden charges with Dr. Behnam as there was with the other "B" company. We came easily to a financial agreement that was very generous on his part for the amazing job he and his amazing team gave me. The procedure went far better than I expected though the first night I did need to take Vicodin to sleep, It has only been a couple of days since the procedure but I have no bleeding, no bruising, and feel fantastic. During the procedure we listened to the baseball game and he had 3 wonderful technicians, all very thoughtful and hard working so that they were able to transplant a huge number of hairs(2200 grafts/ or 2700 hairs). I would easily recommend Dr. Sean Behnam to anyone. Tell him what you are looking for and listen to his judgment and see for yourself if he is not someone who can give you exactly what you are looking for with a minimum of discomfort. All of the medication, supplies and 10 lazer treatments our included in the price. I can't not say enough great things about my experience with Dr. Sean Behnam. I have had several Hair Restorations with some of the best Clinics in the Los Angeles area, and my experience with Dr. Sean exceeds all others. In my opinion, his work is more cherished than the rest, as he put the final artistic touch on years of prior work. His attention to detail is above the rest, and his work on the delicate areas between the sideburns and the temple peaks are exemplorary!
Dr. Sean believes the phrase "what goes around comes around", and for that reason he treats his patients with the utmost of care. I am happy to say I am done with this journey. There is nobody else I would have wanted to put the finishing touches on this than Dr. Behnam.

"I am very impressed with the care that I have received from Dr. Sean and his staff. I had a lengthy consultation where I was made to feel completely comfortable and had all my questions answered. I had not planned on scheduling the eyebrow restoration on the day of the consultation as I usually need time to process the information I receive at a doctor's office, but because I felt confident with Dr. Sean and had all my questions answered, I set up the procedure. I was at the office for an entire day the day of my procedure. I felt completely taken care of and even enjoyed chatting with the technicians during the procedure. Dr. Sean had me come back the next day to check his work and make sure I was doing okay. He then had me come back two days later to check on me again. I have not had to use his personal cell number to contact him, but I'm reassured that I have access to him if I need it. It is clear that Dr. Sean is a perfectionist in his work and clearly cares about his patient's comfort and wellbeing. The Dr. Sean Behnam and his staff really took the time to cater to all my questions and concerns. "This review is way overdue. I am currently 25 years old. I have been suffering from hair loss ever since I was 19 years old. Four years ago I started searching for solutions to my hair loss. met with 3 doctors doctor who recommend I needed hair restoration. One of my friends recommended me to Dr Sean in 2009. I saw Dr. Sean Behnam for a second opinion. At that point I was only 21 years old. He informed me that based on my age and the rapid progression of my hair loss that I should avoid having hair transplant. At that time, I was really surprised because the other doctors had told me they wanted to 2500 grafts. I decided to follow Dr. Sean's reccommodation and not have to hair transplant done. Four years later I am very happy to say that I made the right choice. My hair loss continued to progress rapidly after age 21, as dr.shawn predicted. If I had done hair transplant four years ago it would have looked odd by by now. Now I am 25 years old and my hair loss has stabilized. Im now considering haveing it done. I strongly recommend Dr. Sean and his honest opinions."

I also am glad that I went to Dr. Benhnam.I believe he is one the best doctors out there. I had already looked into other places for my hair transplant and I did an extensive study on all the possible places in Southern California for my transplant and I was able to choose this place for it based on a lot of factors that I was able to put together.
Dr. Sean Behnam did an excellent job and I am extremely happy now with my decision.

"My experience with Dr. Sean Behnam was as good as I could have hoped. I visited 3 highly experienced hair transplant doctors, Dr. Sean being the last. Each doctor had strengths and weaknesses. One seemed very good agt the Tricophetic closure (not sure if I spellede that right) but would only put in 1500 transplants ina day and was quite expensive. The second doctor said he'd decide about the Tricophetic closure at the time of the surgery (In other words he would mostly likely not do it as it takes extra time and effort) and offered to do 2500 transplants for an enourmous sum of money. It appeared to me he was there to make as much money as possible and get me out the door as quickly as possible. Dr. Sean explained in great detail about the process and that he only does one surgery a day, absolutely does the tricophetic closure which by the way insures the least amount of scaring on the scalp, and answered carefully and clearly all my questions. He recommended that I not do much to my crown area because in his professional opinion it was not as important as the other areas. I felt unconfortable about that so I planned to get another quote. I really wanted Dr. Sean but knew we disagreed about my crown area. We spent some time talking and Dr. Sean made it perfectly clear to me that his intent was not just to make money; his goal is make patients happy. For that reason he sugggested another approach that was would include the crown as well as the other areas if I did my part in preparation. Of the 3 doctors who i met with Dr. Sean was the only one to discuss preparation exercizes. He was the only one to discuss a new and succesful technique to avoid swelling around the eyes as well as a other newer developments. We came easily to a financial agreement that was very generous on his part for the amazing job he and his amazing team gave me. The proceedure went far better than I expected though the first night I did need to take vicodin to sleep, It has only been a day since the porceedure but I have no bleeding, no bruising, and feel fantastic. During the proceedure we listened to some nice musis and he had 3 technicians, all very thoughtful and kind working so that they were able to transplant a huge number of hairs. Tell him what you are looking for and listen to his judgment and see for yourself if he is not someone who can give you exactly what you are looking for with a minimum of discomfort and short term hair loss which often happens with other doctors. Sorry I could not include all the percs of his office but one not mentioned is the use of lazer treaments that help healing all included in the price of the transplant. I could go on but hopefully this describes what I'd say is a 10 out of 10. Thank you to Dr. Benham but also thank you to his entire staff."

"This is a continuation from the post I left earlier this evening. Due to time constraints, I was unable to write as much as I wanted.
Sooo, to continue....Dr. Behnam is one of, if not the most caring doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. From my initial consultation a few months back, the correspondence via email and phone calls, and the procedure today. Dr. has been an incredibly generous individual with his time and expertise. Like I mentioned earlier, Dr. was very caring when I started to shows signs Behnam of insecurities and shame of having to go through the transplant procedure. I'm not sure how he does it, but he knows how to make his patients feel like regular people and not like he is all knowing, although HE IS :)
THroughout the procedure, Dr. Behnam continued to ask how I was doing and if I needed anything. He ever once made me feel bad about any of my needs at all. When it was all over, Dr. Behnam took extra time to go over everything that I needed to know and made sure I new that I could call him day or night if anything went wrong or I had concerns!
This gentleman is more than just a wonderful medical doctor, he is also a caring and heartfelt individual who treats every patient like friend he is genuinely concerned about and not a paying customer.
I'm looking forward to my follow up visits because I know I will be treated with care every time I'm there!" -
Anonymous"Oh my goodness, where can I begin. When I arrived a the facility, I was extremely nervous and a little embarrassed about the fact that in my early 30's I have had to consider a hair transplant. After I filled out my paperwork and walked through the door to procedure room, my fears rose a bit more, but not for long. Ishmael greeted my with a warm handshake and smile and I felt like I was more than just a another patient coming in. Then I met the female nurse who was going to wash my hair. Because I am African American and don't have the easiest hair to work with I tried to make it clear that it would be difficult for her and wondered if she had done it before. She assured me that she had done so before but did so in a way that let me know that I was not like everyone else, but an individual who she would work with in a comfortable way for me.
When it came time to have a very, very small section of the donor area shaved and cleaned for the procedure, I tried to fight back tears but I just couldn't. Ishmael asked me if I was okay and got me some tissues. Then Dr. Benham came in and noticed the same and got me even more. Both of them continued to put me at ease and made me feel better without forcing any positive words on me and instead, being empathetic to my feelings.
Throughout the procedure the female nurse asked if I needed a blanket, and each and everyone one of them made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole day! Dr. Benham used the the utmost care as did his staff. Before long I found myself having conversations with them like we had met before!
There are not enough positive words in the English language that I can use to describe this team of people or the way they welcomed me into their "home" and treated me like an individual and made me feel comfortable all day long. Any discomfort I felt was fixed immediately and follow questions were asked frequently.
These people gave me an incredible feeling about myself and the improved me I will see when the results come in! They did everything possible for me today, unfortunately I don't think there is anyway I could every thank them for making me feel better about the procedure of myself.

I heard about dr Sean on 570 AM, the host spoke highly of Dr Seans hair transplant. I always do my homework. I googled dr sean and saw he was on fox news doing a hair transplant, and has bunch of reviews. I then went to see him. Seems very accomplished at his age. I decided to check it out. Dr Sean's work looked good. Iooking foward to have a session with him in August.

Mimi S."I heard about Dr Sean on the radio.I read bunch of reviews online and then travelled from Utah to see him. Wait time 5-10 minutes, greeted very well by both secretaries and his assistant. I was surprised that he spent over 45 mintes with me. very detailed, thorough. Didnt recomment any transplant, just medications for my hair loss. Overall good experience. recommend him for women hairloss."
