Passing clots is too much particularly of this size. This needs to be discussed with your physician. They will ask you questions to see if you're anemic (ex. during your menstrual do you: feel tired or weak, lightheaded/dizzy, headaches, chew/crave ice, ?hair changes). They will examine you as one of the leading causes of heavy periods is uterine fibroids. They will also check your blood count (i.e. hemoglobin, iron levels). If it is fibroids, you can learn more about them and the non-surgical treatments for fibroids on www.atlii.com. Good luck.
