Heart beat

Heart beat is rapid then I feel as if I have a nerve jumping in my left breast, which is then followed by some left arm pain or right arm pain, and some between the shoulder blade pain.

Sounds like a palpitation symptom. You may want to consult a cardiac electrophysiologist (heart rhythm specialist). Heart monitor may be helpful to record your heart beat and make a diagnosis.
