Got hit in the head with a tequila bottle?

I got hit in the head with a heavy tequila bottle a year ago, the bottle did break on my head and i did bleed.. I never went to get it checked because i don't have insurance. Ive had really big headaches ever since.. Could this be bad? I'm really worried.

You may have suffered a concussion at the time and be experiencing post-concussion headaches. You may also have a subdural hematoma, which would require imaging to diagnose. I recommend you pay a visit to your doctor to discuss your headaches.
