One: no risk to get vaccinated twice for MMR and VZV once its seperated by 4-8 weeks. It does not count as he rlast VZV/MMR since she would still need this after age 4 for kindergarten entry and thus end up with three of these. More vaccines mean more protection and not risky but its not something we can do routinely since this would be costly when given to everyone.
Two: you may have had the 12 month well child check but if she was seen a day or more before her birthday we will do the check up but would not be able to give the vaccines--these vaccines HAVE to be given AFTER the first birthday so this may explain why th eshots were not in the records
