Gum health

Hello, I've been on deployment for 6th months and I will freely admit that my teeth cleaning was subpar. I've noticed though that on my front two bottom teeth the in between gum has started to flap off when I brush. How serious is this?

This is a common problem in the military during stressful times And inadequate hygiene ,with a proper dental cleaning and instruction you will be fine.
