I am so sorry that you are not happy with your result. Our goal as plastic surgeons is to get fantastic results with the first operation but unfortunately medicine is a science and not 100% perfect. Rhinoplasty has one of the highest revision rates and it sounds like you may fall in that category. Millimeters make a big difference when operating on the nose. Return to the same surgeon and listen to his thoughts and get a second and even third opinion if you feel it to be necessary. You want to proceed with a doctor that you are comfortable with as far as interaction, credentials and before and after photos. Sounds like this can be corrected.
