Why does my nose start bleeding at the slightest touch?

Ever since I was young, my nose would start to bleed randomly or when I touched it. This still happens. It was never a problem to me until a month ago. I sneezed and my nose started bleeding heavily and would not stop. My eyes then bled.

This sounds like you nasal cavity tissues are very dry and perhaps you have superficial blood vessels also. Try Vaseline in your nose at bedtime and consider getting a bedroom humidifier and if it continues, see an ENT doctor. This does not sound like a systemic bleeding issue at all.
