4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Are caffeine pills in low dosages safe? (50-100mg a day)

Hello,

I've been trying to find abstracts/literature on whether or not there is a difference between caffeine that is consumed via pill form (like Jet-Alert in this case) versus consumed via liquid form (coffee, tea, etc.)? Are there any safety concerns for short or long-term caffeine pill use when taken daily at 50-100mg?

Thank you,

Stephanie

Hi Stephanie,

Why are you taking Caffeine? That is the bigger question. What is the cause of your symptoms that leads to your drug choice? I would be curious to see your blood test evaluating for adrenal fatigue, pre-diabetes or diabetes, emotional stress, toxic load, hepatic function, renal health, etc.

Sounds like your attempting to cover up a problem that needs to be addressed.

Please watch the following video on Functional Medicine. It will be really insightful for you.

Assuming the pills contain the stated amounts of caffeine, you are consuming less caffeine than a standard cup of coffee. Assuming again that the pills do not have other unsafe ingredients, taking the pills should be equivalent to 1/2 cup of coffee more or less.
