After numerous procedures MRI, CTscan, doppler, topographic, Endoscopic colonoscopy no one can tell me why I am in pain. I am nauseas, I vomit, I've lost 23 pounds because I don't eat the same way. Right side pain
I agree with Dr Lachman. And. Pain likely involves fascia (myofascial pain) and intestine foremost, unless there is an overbearing environmental toxicity. Treatment will consider nutrition, gall bladder health, herbal medicine, aroma therapy, food and other environmental sensitivity, environmental toxicity, intestinal health, and myofascial pain. If you have adhesions, castor oil packs are very effective. Perform this daily for 2 months. It will also help with digestion. You can you tube this to find out how to do it. Do you have an issue with fatty foods? That could be a gall bladder issue, especially since you have a history of hormone imbalance, as estrogen is processed in the gall bladder. You may not have a stone in the gall bladder, but it could be functioning poorly, which would not necessarily show up on scans. For this I would limit fatty greasy foods, even good fats, for a while, and also gluten if you are not avoiding that already, with your history of MG. Most autoimmune issues, (in my experience 99%) have a gluten allergy and a hormonal imbalance. For the gall bladder get a digestive enzyme with HCL and take as directed on label.
