I am an 18 year old female with Hashimoto's Disease since age 9. In the past year and a half I have had a bouncing sensation when I am upright for a period of time or if I walk. In the past three months I have had an elevator drop sensation when walking/standing mostly and my vision goes up and down. It happens more in week before menstrual cycle & during it. I have ruled out brain, heart, and psychological problems so I don't know what this is at all but I can't do things the way I used to.

Dropping blood pressure with position change is often called "orthostatic hypotension". It is related to low BP that drops lower when blood pools in the legs upon standing. Thyroid deficiency can also cause dizziness which might be a similar symptom. Having one hormonal problem may be connected to having several other hormonal imbalances. See your gynecologist or endocrinologist for a hormonal assessment.
Hashimoto's disease can also be associated with a few other things. You do need to likely get some imaging of your brain. We would like to make sure that there's nothing that is going on over there that should not be there. The meantime, remaining hydrated with a good amount of electrolytes is always a good idea until you can make that appointment.
Did you get checked for anemia (low blood count?) You have a serious hormonal imbalance. Because your symptoms are related to your cycle, balancing your hormones will help reduce and eliminate them. Please do not ruin your hormones by going on birth control pills. Instead, try the following for the next 6 months, faithfully, and your symptoms should be decreased.
'Want a quick and easy way to start balancing your hormones? Whether it's PMS or cramps or plain grumpiness, this simple addition to your day has been shown to help all of these! From day one of your period (the first day you bleed), take 2 TBSP of GROUND flax/chia/pumpkin seeds. Choose any seed you like, but be sure to grind them first. Flax seeds are conveniently sold ground already. Then, 2 weeks later (15 days from start of bleeding), switch to ground sunflower or sesame seeds. If your period is very irregular, you can use the moon cycle: day 1 of the month is the new moon. Then, on the full moon switch to sunflower/sesame seeds. The flax/chia/pumpkin seeds contain oils and compounds that support estrogen, and the other seeds support progesterone, right when we need it. Because this is very powerful, do not use this if you are using any kind of hormonal contraception. Do not use if you are allergic to any of these seeds.'
FLAX IS FIRST; SESAME IS SECOND!
Day 1 of menses through day 14: take 2 caps of Organic Flax oil twice daily
Day 15 of menses until day 1 (bleeding): take 2 caps of GLA 130 (primrose oil) twice daily
Your thyroid hormones may also improve with this.
