Frist thing is to be examined by a spinal expert your local or family chiropractor to determine the cause of your scoliosis. Various chiropractic methods are avaialbe for the treatment of scoliosis and as mentioned below the Clear institiute method is one of them. I have found specific spinal exercies are essential to the treatment of scoliosis.

If you are not having pain you do not need to woory about it. If you are having pain, see a chiropractor.
Scoliosis is managed...it is rarely corrected...unless it is acquired from a fall or car accident...or some other injury. Mechanics traction along with regular chiropractor adjustments may prevent excessive OTC pain med use...stretching, Yoga, dancing, tennis, swimming have all been very beneficial for my patients with idiopathic congenital scoliosis. You didn't mention your age, but there is a theory that scoliosis is influenced by hormonal changes. So, during adolescence, it is usually monitored by your physician, anything over 15 degrees may need bracing in a adolescent teen. Most of my clients have some form of mild scoliosis. Find a chiropractor that has treated lots of scoliosis cases, and exercise is by best advice.
Seek out a chiropractor that specializes in structural based care and has experience with scoliosis cases.
Scoliosis is a common condition that affects many people. I have experienced successful treatment using protocols from Clear Institute or Pettibon type treatments. Depending on the degree of the curve, will determine how aggressive the treatment may be in regards to rehabilitation and myofascial release techniques. One big thing is to make sure the curve is stable and that you can be functional.
Get in to a doctor that can get you that answer. commonly something as simple as a heel lift can make dramatic changes if you have a short leg. you need to get evaluated to determine if your scoliosis is functional or structural to determine the best treatment methods that range from heel lifts, to conservative care, exercises , and rarely even surgery. Don't wait. get your body the information it needs to be healthy.

First of all, how old are you. are you under 18. I saw you said that the duration of complaint is 90 days. I do feel you need an evaluation from a chiropractor, Physical therapist, orthopedic, or physiatrist. This is very important. There are certain conditions that must be ruled out.

Chiropractic a rational approach to diagnosing and treating scoliosis, which is based on mechanical principles that reflect principles of physics and common sense. A large percentage of these cases can be corrected or improved with chiropractic care. I recommend you see a chiropractor for an evaluation of your condition.

Scoliosis is typically diagnosed through radiographic studies and measurements that are taken of the amount of curvature present. Many people have slight curvatures in their spine that do not qualify to be diagnosed as "Scoliosis." Whether anything can be done about it, depends on several factors such as your age and whether your spine has already fused. If you are a full fused adult, it may not be possible to rid yourself of it completely. It is more important to change your way of thinking along the lines of seeing a chiropractor, making sure your spine is as functional as possible through chiropractic adjustments and spinal exercises. This should also help you to reduce the risk of arthritis later in life.
Scoliosis can start mild and stay mild, some people are not even aware they have the condition. Sometimes the scoliosis can progress and make the spine more and more S shaped. As the scoliosis progresses the ribs will elevate on one side of the scoliosis. In my offices I would conduct a case history, physical exam and a full spine x-ray. Studying the x-ray allows me know what the cause of the scoliosis is. At this point I recommend a care program which may include spinal manipulation, exercises, soft tissue massage, or referral.
