I would get an x-ray. You may have a fractured rib

I would be at the ER ASAP. You could have any number of internal injuries. Rule out the worse possible conditions like fracture or internal bleeding. But please don't wait. Best of health, drg
You may have a fractured rib. Get an x-ray or mri before seeking physical therapy or chiropractic manipulation.
you need to get evaluated by your physician soon. Could be a broken rib or bruised chest wall. See your primary.

Well, getting hit by fridge may have something to do with that. You should have some xrays taken to rule out fracture if the pain persists, but you may have simply bruised the muscles that support your rib cage, as well as your legs and arm.
Sometimes you can get small hairline fractures but it is likely that breathing in deeply would hurt a lot. Even if an X-ray determined that the rib(s) were fractured, they will heal on their own around 6 weeks. You are obviously breathing ok, so there doesn't seem to be any indication of a punctured lung. Therefore it is likely that the very thin muscles between the ribs are bruised. They will heal on their own, but it would be good to seek an opinion of a MD or Chiropractor for further assessment and a proper diagnosis.
Could be just bruising, could be a simple fracture. You need to get x-rays for evaluation.
You should have x-rays to rule out rib fracture. Ice the sore spots, as this will decrease the inflammation.

Seek evaluation for any ongoing pain, which could indicate fracture, compartment syndrome or even (with birth control) a blood clot in an extremity. Chest pain is more concerning when persistent and/or accompanied by shortness of breath, and some rib fractures are serious. Sometimes trauma to an extremity, including crush injuries, can cause swelling that traps muscle within the compartments that surround muscle. This can produce pain, tenderness, numbness and loss of blood flow (compartment syndrome). Trauma can increase risk for blood clots in an extremity - as can birth control pills. From the thumbnail sketch, this doesn't sound serious as all of the above, but these are some "red flags" to watch for.

See a doctor for an x-ray. Then it would be wise to see a chiropractor. Injuries today can results in arthritis and other problems in the future. Even when we don't feel continuous pain, there can be skeletal problems that a chiropractor may correct which is likely to lessen your chances of bigger problems down the road.
