Tingling?

I doubt it is related. I would suggest that you take your daughter to a good chiropractor. It may be that minor pressure on a nerve is causing the sensations you describe. This might be very easily and safely corrected perhaps even in only one visit. As for the chronic sinus infection, often when a sinus infection becomes chronic it is due to yeast overgrowth which is caused by continued use of antibiotics. When you are battling yeasts, it feels like a sinus infection, but antibiotics will not kill yeast - they actually encourage the yeast overgrowth by destroying the beneficial bacteria that would compete with the yeast and keep it under control. I would strongly suggest that your regular doctor consider the possibility that this is now a secondary yeast infection and treat it as such. Additionally, eliminating excess sugars (which feed the yeast) from her diet and giving her a good probiotic to restore the normal healthy bacteria to her system would be the next important step to prevent this from continuing or happening again. Dr.Ohhira's Probiotic is the best one I know of. You can find it online or in some health food stores.
It should not be related. But it can be explained with oriental medicine. Try to find good acupuncturist and follow his/her recommendations.

I don't think it is related. She probably need to be evaluated, but in this case I would recommend you to seek acupuncture services in your area. They should be able to help.

She has poor blood and lymphatic circulation. Where she is experiencing pain is localized metabolic acids. I would suggest daily walking, flushing sinuses with warm water and salt or sodium bicarbonate using a netty potty approach, taking L-arginine in the morning and before going to bed, do not eat after 6pm, have a daily lymphatic massage, a daily infrared sauna for at least 15 minutes and drink at least 4 liters of alkaline water at a pH of 9.5 because you are dehydrated. Make sure you are eliminating the bowels 4 to 6 times a day. If you are not you are constipated in which I would suggest taking daily cascara sagrada and/or magnesium oxide.
There may or may not be a relationship between these symptoms. The tingling probably refers to a neurological or infectious process which could be sinusitis. She could be developing a sinus migraine which could give her the tingling sensation. this child should still be see due to may other factors which can cause this problem and may need additional care.
It is definitely not normal that your daughter has a sinus infection, or that she has allergies. Neither of these are normal, even though they are common. No one should have to suffer like that. You'll want to make sure that she is taking a quality probiotic, at a different time of the day than the antibiotic. In my experience, sinus infections clear up quickly on the right homeopathic remedy and don't make her more susceptible to getting yet another sinus infection, like antibiotics do. For some people these infections are common if they drink milk. Does your daughter drink milk? Sometimes this causes allergies for many people. You'll want to contact your doctor about the amoxicillin. Perhaps the tingling is a side effect of the drug. You also want to consider if she has had iany falls of sports injuries, and if it's not a side effect of the drug, then she should see a chiropractor or Naturopath who can evaluate the tingling, as that is a sign that the nerves are not getting the signal they need from the brain.
Health Advise for Tingling sensation and sinus allergy.

Our guidelines:
You may check the websites for causes of this and you will find:
http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003206.htm
There are many possible causes of numbness and tingling:
Sitting or standing in the same position for a long time
Injuring a nerve (a neck injury may cause you to feel numbness anywhere along your arm or hand, while a low back injury can cause numbness or tingling down the back of your leg)
Pressure on the nerves of the spine, such as from a herniated disk
Pressure on peripheral nerves from enlarged blood vessels, tumors, scar tissue, or infection
Shingles or herpes zoster infection
Lack of blood supply to an area, such as from atherosclerosis, frostbite, or vessel inflammation (vasculitis)
Abnormal levels of calcium, potassium, or sodium in your body
A lack of vitamin B12 or other vitamin
Use of certain medications
Nerve damage due to lead, alcohol, tobacco or chemotherapy drugs
Radiation therapy
Animal bites
Insect, tick, mite, and spider bites
Seafood toxins
-------------
Numbness and tingling can be caused by other medical conditions, including:
Carpal tunnel syndrome (pressure on a nerve at the wrist)
Diabetes
Migraines
Multiple sclerosis
Seizures
Stroke
Transient ischemic attack (TIA), sometimes called a "mini-stroke"
Underactive thyroid
Raynaud's phenomenon (narrowing of the blood vessels, usually in the hands and feet)
---------------------------------------
But they are all secondary causes. According to our understanding of Natural Hygiene, there is but one cause of all health problems and there is one course of action for all of them. It is not our prerogative to explain how a medical practitioner will deal with such patients. We will confine here to explain our approach to such problems as you mentioned.
Natural Hygiene is the one and only true science of health which aims to educate individuals about improving health through natural means. We are all created by nature and all our body activities are governed by the laws of Nature. We believe that simply by improving our health all our illnesses go away.
In your daughter's case, she should take measures to improve her health and she will get out of the problem without having to treat the symptoms.
The general principles of a natural and healthy lifestyle includes ample exercise, adequate rest, positive food, and positive thinking. Include engaging in creative and productive activities that benefit all.
Positive food comprises of eating one meal of one kind of fruits and one meal of raw vegetable salad without any salt, lime or oil. It includes eating one meal of conservatively cooked vegetables with a small quantity of cooked whole grains like brown rice of whole wheat flour.
The more important part of positive food is to know the ways of basking in sunlight and doing some deep breathing of fresh air.
It is also the part of taking positive food by fasting periodically with just sipping some water the whole day.
Exercises may be prescribed not only to improve overall circulation of the body, but to improve the tone of parts that are particularly affected in individual cases.
On examining the patient and detailed diagnosis of the patient's lifestyle, and other idiosyncrasies a program is tailored to transition to a healthy and natural lifestyle that is best suited for the individual.
At this juncture it is not possible to give any further guidelines. It is better to get a personal interview and / or schedule an online interview to proceed further.
