4 Reasons Why Ask DoctorBase is the Most Efficient Way to SEO and Establish Your Brand Online

  1. Ask DoctorBase is a free service for patients on the DoctorBase platform - currently servicing over 6 million American patients of record.
  2. All answers submitted by healthcare professionals (you) are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute doctor-patient relationships. All patients must agree to this before using Ask DoctorBase.
  3. Our software and our Marketing Engineering staff review each answer and optimize your answers for keywords valuable to your specialty. It is a well kept secret that doctors (you) - not SEO consultants - are the ones who have the most valuable content prized by search engines. Ask DoctorBase "unlocks and optimizes" your content in the most efficient manner possible with today's technology.
  4. Finally, the doctor who provides the most popular answer - "the Featured Answer," gets an added benefit by allowing patients to write rave reviews about your expertise - reviews that are submitted to both Google and Google Local through our Preferred Data Provider relationship.

Ask Dr. Molly if you have questions or want a personal session on how to best use Ask DoctorBase for maximum marketing impact.

Chronic Sinusitis can be rooted in a few different presentations. You could be having a severe reaction to allergens or there could be a latent infection residing in your sinuses. If you suffer from environmental allergies there may be other substances as well that is triggering the results. A Doctor of Oriental Medicine or Naturalpathic Physician that specializes in allergy elimination would be able to assist you. If it is due to an underlying old infection, then you need to remedy that first before you will stop suffering from the sinusitis.
Have you had a culture? Have you been treated adequately? Sometimes chronic sinusitis requires at least 3 weeks of treatment.
There are several reasons for sinusitis such as allergies, improper response to weather changes, and infections. An evaluation by a physician is advisable.

Have you tried a Neti pot? Easiest to do this in the shower. Works well for sinusitis. Environmental allergies could be a cause so check your surroundings and see if you can't figure out what might be causing the problems -- mold? mildew?
A question I always ask myself as a physician is: if I prescribe a given treatment to address a clinical diagnosis and that treatment is not successful at modulating or eliminating the patients complaints, then either the diagnosis is incorrect or the treatment is inappropriate or both.

As a patient who is honest about the symptoms (metrics) they experience and responses to treatment they receive can follow the logic I outlined above. It is possible that you do not have sinusitis. A further work up of your complaints (metrics) in isolation and then grouped together can lead to clear delineation of these complaints and their best treatment options. Consult with a physician whom you can step through your list of complaints and do the complete work-up to solve them.

Chronic sinus issues are often caused by fungus or biofilm, colonies of fungus. So you may need to look to the gut/intestine for relief. Have you had many bouts of antibiotics? Get an evaluation from a Natuopath and start looking for the root cause. Meanwhile, take some probiotics and eliminate sugar and grains. There are herbal medicines that may give relief, also. Only buy high quality herbal products be ause potency is not well regilated.
Sinusitis has 3 choices if treatments:

1. Good acupuncture and herbs

2. Allergy and congestion pills and antibiotic

3, surgery

I would say eliminate dairy, try acupuncture and identify all food and environmental sensitivities. Also, try homeopathic Allium or an herbal tinchure consisting of Euprasia,, Prunus, Eucalyptus and Verbascum.

Sorry, ignore this one. Meant for a different post.
You can get some Olive Leaf Extract at the health food store. However, obviously your immune system is compromised so I suggest some immune boosters as well.
